1. What are your candles made of?
Our candles are made from high-quality soy wax, premium fragrance oils, and cotton wicks. Specific materials may vary by product.
2. Are your candles safe to use indoors?
Yes, when used properly. Always follow basic candle safety guidelines like keeping them away from drafts, flammable objects, and never leaving them unattended.
4. How do I get the best burn from my candle?
- Trim the wick to about ¼ inch before each use
- Allow the wax to melt evenly across the surface during the first burn
- Avoid burning for more than 3–4 hours at a time
5. What is a hanging car diffuser?
A hanging car diffuser is a small fragrance bottle that hangs from your rearview mirror and slowly releases scent into your car using a wooden or absorbent cap.
6. How does it work?
The diffuser uses a scented oil that soaks into the wooden lid or inner stopper. When the bottle is tilted briefly, the fragrance absorbs and then gradually diffuses into the air.
7. How long does a car diffuser last?
Most hanging car diffusers last between 3–6 weeks, depending on usage, temperature, and how often you refresh the scent.

1. How long does it take to process my order?
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
2. What days count as business days?
Business days include Monday through Saturday and exclude Sundays and major holidays.
3. Do you ship orders on weekends?
Orders may be processed on Saturdays, but we do not process or ship on Sundays or major holidays.
Shipping & Delivery
4. When will my order ship?
Once your order is processed (within 1–2 business days), it will be shipped out and you’ll receive a tracking number.
5. How long does shipping take after processing?
Shipping time varies depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment.
6. Will I receive tracking information?
Yes! You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.
Delays & Issues
7. What if my order is delayed?
Delays can happen due to carriers, weather, or holidays. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we’ll help track it down.

Yes, major holidays may extend processing and delivery times, as they are not counted as business days.

Please contact us as soon as possible. We can only make changes if your order has not been processed yet.
10. What happens if I entered the wrong address?
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout. Double-check your information before placing your order.
